Aftermarket Advisory Consulting is a UK-based boutique consultancy, founded in 2022 to do one thing exceptionally well: help businesses unlock the full potential of their aftermarket (after-sales) services.
We’re independent, agile, and hands-on, bringing decades of real-world experience to every engagement. Our focus is deliberately narrow, enabling us to deliver personalised, high-impact support that makes a lasting difference.
Our clients include manufacturers, MROs, and distributors who want to turn aftermarket challenges into opportunities, whether that means improving customer service, boosting profitability, or building lasting internal capability.
Because we’re intentionally small, we work closely with every client to provide tailored insight, flexibility, and genuine collaboration, ensuring every project gets the focus and attention it deserves.


A Legacy of Expertise
Our founder, Nigel Woodall, brings more than 45 years of aftermarket experience from senior roles with OEMs, independent MROs, airlines, and global distributors. Backed by an MBA and years of consultancy with SMEs, he combines deep industry insight with practical, actionable guidance.
Following the Covid turbulence of 2020–21, Nigel recognised a growing need. Small and mid-sized businesses were seeking short-term, specialist support in precisely the areas he knew best. That insight sparked the creation of Aftermarket Advisory Consulting, a business built on sharing proven strategies, transferring knowledge, and equipping clients for lasting success.
He is also the author of After-sales Excellence, a practical guide to improving aftermarket performance.
Today, the same ethos guides everything we do - trusted expertise, applied simply and effectively.
