Our Story
We are a small, UK based independent management consultancy that has been operating since 2020. We offer specialist support that is 100% focused on aftermarket (aka after-sales) services.
Our founder (Nigel Woodall) has over 40 years of aftermarket experience. This has been gained while working directly for OEM's, and independent MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul) organisations and distributors in global leadership roles. Added to this are an MBA and 4 years of direct aftermarket consultancy experience with SME's.
Around the time of the 2020 covid outbreak a couple of chance conversations convinced Nigel that many SME's were seeking short-term assistance in exactly the areas of knowledge and experience he possessed.
Having reevaluated his position and after a long career of working for other people, he launched this consultancy business with the express aim of sharing his knowledge to help others improve their aftermarket operations.
