The Revenue Integrity Diagnostic is a structured self-assessment tool for SME leadership teams. It examines the operating model across five structural domains: Revenue Durability; Profit Integrity; Operational Stability; Expansion Architecture, and Leadership Integration. It maps the results to the four stages of the Post-Sale Maturity Model.
It is designed to be completed based on evidence as opposed to aspirations. The most valuable use is independent completion by two or three senior leaders from different functions, followed by a structured comparison of responses. Significant variation between respondents is itself a diagnostic finding.
The tool will tell you where structural leakage is occurring, which foundations are absent, and whether growth is being engineered or merely sustained by effort.
